In honor of International Women's Day (IWD), March 8th 2025 we offer six months of Knowledge Graph Optimization (KGO) consulting to one woman.
The free coaching will include:
- A Brand Audit for your name or a creative work you created.
- Developing an action plan to optimize your elevator speech and create profiles
- Monthly follow-up sessions with an action plan to improve Google's understanding of the brand entity
- Monitoring of the brand's search results in one country market as well as monitoring of the brand entity

What improvements can I expect?
Improvements depend on the starting point.
If Google's Knowledge Graph does not already track you it will pick you up and create an entity.
If Google already has an antity in the Knowledge Graph we expect a knowledge panel to appear.
With an existing knowledge panel there are two desirable improvements
- Enhancing the knowledge panel with information such as social profiles and knowledge cards
- Your knowledge panel is displayed, when someone searches your name in your target market.
Besides the milestones related to the Google Knowledge Graph, the search results for your name search will improve as well. Google will identify the places where the best information about you can be found and elevate these in its search results.
Is it worth it to promote my brand?
Strong brand search results will bring you career opportunities or more business.
Do you still have paper business cards? Most people don't! Yet we all meet people in the real world.
When people get introduced to someone they will try to learn more about the person by searching their name on Google.
- Make it easy for people to find you on Google.
- Help searchers to recognize you in the search results, especially with photos.
- Control what information is on top of the page.
- Let Google validate your importance and expertise.
You can not prevent people from searching you online. It is often the last step before they contact you for business or signing that contract.
When can I expect improvements?
Your brand appearance in Google is not predictable in the short term. The more effort is applied to the changes the faster Google recognizes you as someone to present to its audience. However, we can expect to see some movement in 4 to six weeks after 6 - 12 social profiles have been optimized.
We expect improvements to continue after that. Especially, when content is added contiuesly. The foundation of a good standing in the knowledge graph will enhance any SEO efforts.
Who is eligible for the free Coaching?
This free offer is for women only. This offer is no sweepstakes. Kaj Kandler will select the lucky women personally. He will select based on criteria of the current standing of the brand entity in the Google search results.
Furthermore, you need to be willing to work on your personal brand and how it appears online. You need to be prepared:
- to take pictures of yourself and post the photos
- to create and change social media profiles
- to make changes to your personal or brand website
- must be willing to share insight into your branding goals and positioning
Optionally, you can grant us access to some of your assets for technical assistance. Otherwise, you'll need someone to make fairly technical changes to your website.
We highly recommend you take an interest in writing articles to promote your expertise. You can also create videos, presentations, or infographics and images. This will enhance the effects and accelerate the changes so that Google can make sense of your brand.
How to apply for free consulting?
If you are a woman with an online presence, please book a call with me before March 30th for a brand entity checkup. In the call, Kaj Kandler will discuss your search results for your brand and how well Google understands who you are or what your other entity is.
Is there a deadline to apply?
Yes, you must apply before March 30th, 2025 to be eligible for the free consulting/coaching.
When will I be informed if I'm the winner?
We will contact you by April 1st (no April's fool here) if you are the lucky woman. We will make arrangements for further meetings and a setup for communication.
